- [Instructor] In this course, we are going to build an app that has a button. When you click on the button, it will go to another activity. To make it a little bit more interesting, we are going to have the button show your favorite word and the other activity show its meaning. Then, we are going to add another button to this activity, so that you can show more than one favorite word. When you click on the first button, it will show the meaning for the first word. When you click on the second one, it will show the meaning for the second word. To do that, you will need to learn how to pass a perimeter from one activity to another, so that the meaning activity knows which word you clicked on.
