Join Richard Harrington for an in-depth discussion in this video Exporting full-screen PDFs, part of Keynote 6: Delivering Presentations.
…One option I often like to make is a full screen PDF.…Perhaps it's because I choose to share it to a…site like SlideShare, or maybe just leave it behind with others.…This is relatively easy to do in Keynote, but you do have a few choices.…While you can access PDF's from the Print menu,…and the slide view, these aren't truly full screen.…You'll see when you do this, that it's essentially a…printout, and it's going to size the content to the page.…Instead, choose the file menu and choose export to PDF.…
This allows you to export the presentation to the PDF format.…Generally speaking, I will choose to export this at best quality.…Additionally I will tell it to print each stage of builds.…Now you can decide to include presenter notes or skip…slides if you want but everything else looks pretty good.…And if needed you can assign a password to require it for open.…Type in a unique password.…And consider including a hint if necessary.…When you click Next, it will create the file.…And you can export it.…At this point, it's not necessarily a full screen PDF.…
