- [Jonathan] I'm Jonathan Fernandes, and I'm really excited about this course as we'll be diving into the world of neural networks and convolution neural networks. We will first look at the different components of neural networks, and then understand why convolution neural networks provide better performance for image classification tasks. We'll use Keras to implement our models. And to provide some context, we'll look at how neural networks began and also look at the ImageNet challenge, and in particular, VGG16. If you're new to machine learning and deep learning, don't worry. I'll guide you along the way and walk through the examples with you. This is a really fun course so let's get started.
