- [Instructor] Now it's time to talk about Battery. Battery is Native Instruments Komplete's flagship drum and percussion generator, sampler, synth, whatever you want to call it. Primarily handles samples. We've got a lot of different sounds that come with it that we can use, and that's why I opened it up here in Logic instead of just in stand alone mode, because it's a little bit more fun. So when you first open Battery, what you want to do is go ahead and make sure that you're seeing your library over here on the left-hand side. And if you're missing the library, just make sure you hit that spy glass there. And if you double click on any of these, like how about the Analogue Sci-Fi kit, they should open right up. You should get a lot of different sounds. You can go ahead and click on them. (electronic noises) You can hear them, it's a lot of fun.
