About the Author

Jen Kramer teaches web design and development to students around the world.

Jen educates clients, colleagues, friends, and students about what a quality website is and how to create one. She is a lecturer in digital media design at Harvard University Extension School, teaching several online and in-person courses each year in web design and development to students from around the world. She is also a frequent speaker at conferences, reaching audiences in eight countries on three continents. Jen is available for freelance web design work, customized training courses, and individual tutoring. She earned a BS in biology at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MS in internet strategy management at the Marlboro College Graduate School.
