- [Instructor] This course is considered an intermediate to advanced course. We won't go over any basics of the language or syntax used, therefore prior JavaScript knowledge or at least good understanding of functions, variables, types, object literals, and most of the basic syntax used is important to be able to follow along. You should also be familiar with DOM manipulation. If you have never done any JavaScript, or would like to learn more on the subject, take a look at our library for the Essentials course. Also, being familiar with terminal commands and npm isn't a must, but definitely will help you when we use these tools.
