- [Baochuan] You are someone who already knows a bit about Java programming, but now is the time to step up your game. What's the best way to do that? To prepare for and pass the Java Certification exam. Now, don't get me wrong, it is no easy task. There's a wide range of topics and you're going to consume a lot of material, but this is where I can help. My name is Baochuan Lu and I'm a professor of computer science. I've designed this course to cover a small section of the exam to make it easily consumable and digestible.
The focus here is Java data types. In particular I'm going to cover primitive data types, literals, references, typecasting, and my personal favorites, overflow and underflow. Beware, just watching this one course is not going to give you all the information you need to pass the exam, but it's definitely a good start. So what are you waiting for? Let's do it.
