Join Ernest Mueller for an in-depth discussion in this video What you need to know, part of DevOps Foundations: Lean and Agile.
- This course is designed to introduce you to the basic concepts of Lean and Agile in a DevOps context. You don't need any prior knowledge to understand Lean and Agile. We'll start at the beginning. In fact, if what you know about Agile or Lean is purely from hearsay, you may want to start fresh. Whenever I hear somebody say they don't like Agile, they usually go on to describe a pretty butchered interpretation of what it is based on some crazy thing they saw once that someone described as Agile. Of course, if you have any real preexisting Agile or Lean knowledge, it'll be helpful in understanding how they apply in a DevOps context.
Now let's get started with chapter one, Lean and Agile Theory.
