So, what the scrum board will do is…if the issue count exceeds or is less…than the minimum count set here,…you will get a visual clue, and that is an indication…to the team that the number of items…they have in that state is non-optimal.…So, let's go ahead and select Issue Count,…and for To Do, I'm going to set a…minimum issue count of five, maximum of 35.…
In Progress, I am going to set minimum value of five,…which is the number of development team members.…And In Progress, maximum value of 10,…and I'll leave the Done column as is…with no minimum and no maximum.…Let's go back to the board and see what happened.…
