Using a bug tracking system

- [Narrator] Bug tracking systems are tools quality and development teams use to manage, sort, document, and share issues discovered during a product's life cycle. This is a tool that most testers will spend most of their time working in. And it's incredibly important to learn to use it effectively. Veteran testers know their system well and have tremendous efficiency in logging, tracking, and managing bugs. When you first encounter the system, get familiar with the structure.
