These projects are best for development teams. They have sprints, story points, backlogs, and integrate with DevTools. The green icon is for service desk projects from Jira Service Desk. These projects are best for support teams. They have SLAs, queues, a customer portal, and Kotlin's knowledge base integration. The blue icon is for business projects from Jira Core. The projects are best for business teams and task management. The example shows all three Jira project types. Filter the project list by selecting a project type in the left sidebar.
