- [Instructor] If your access account was created for you, log in with the credentials provided by your Jira administrator. Sometimes users create their own accounts. In that case check your email for an invitation with instructions. Your username may be a combination of your first name and last name, or it might be your email address. If your application is connected to your company network, you'll be able to use the same username and password for your computer, or other internal applications. Depending on how your application is set up you may see two links on the login page. If you need help, use the first link to contact your Jira administrators. You may also see a second link to help you recover your username or password. Click the link shown and enter your username, or email address. Then check your email for further instructions.
