- [Instructor] To periodically remind yourself about a list of issues, create a filter subscription. Let's set one up so you can see how it works. The Filter Subscription overlay contains all the settings. In the Recipients field, choose Personal Subscription. While it's possible to select entire groups, I don't recommend it. Don't spam your colleagues. Instead, help others create and manage their own subscriptions. In the Schedule field, select how often to receive notifications. In the Interval field, select the frequency and time of day. In this example, I've created a subscription that sends a notification each day at nine in the morning. You can also create more complex schedules like three times a day, once a week on Mondays or on the 15th of each month. At the bottom of the overlay is a checkbox. Select whether you want to receive messages, even if the filter has no results. Finally click the form submission button.…
