Generating a bend table

- [Instructor] Being able to quickly, easily, and accurately generate tubing runs is very powerful. But, where the real value comes in, is being able to communicate your design directly to manufacturing. To do this, simply select the run that you want to communicate. Right-click on the tube segment. And, generate Bending Machine Output. This will generate a file format XYZ, YBC, or LRA. In this case, I'll choose a simple XYZ file. I'll tell it to save it to my exercise files folder. When I open my XYZ file, it'll show me how many straight segments and points there are. And, it will show me the points about which bends are made. And, the radius to make them. And, it will include a total length of pipe for the output. This is a great way to make sure that the output matches the design.
