- Before we finish with visualization techniques, I want to take a minute to look at the View tab a little bit more closely under the Appearance panel. If you click on the View tab and look in the Appearance panel, you'll notice that there's some things we haven't talked about yet. We've already touched on retracing and we've already touched on visual styles but there's other information here as well. Each of these are simply a toggle or a selection option that allow you to quickly change the overall visualization of the model. Now, depending on how you combine these, they can cause computation during the design process, so you do wanna use them somewhat selectively based on the hardware you have available in your computer. The more graphics RAM you have, that's dedicated, the more of these you can potentially use while your just doing general design.
