Buidling a route

- [Instructor] In this lesson I'll add a new run to my tube and pipe runs and build a route based on dimensions. I'll activate my tube and pipe runs and from the run panel I'll select create pipe run. This will create a new run in my assembly and I'll tell it that I'd like to create a new route after I've checked and made sure that the soldered copper tubing style is active. It is so I'll create a new route, I'll accept the default name, and just as I did for the automatic route I'll start the route tool from the create panel. This time I'll start from the coupling that's on the bent bracket. I'll highlight the point on the coupling. When I highlight this point, inventor understands to engage the route back into the coupling. That's based on the way this coupling was published. I'll next move my cursor along the preview line and the farther I get away from it you'll see that the icon turns green. If I get a little closer it will start to turn blue.
