Alpha review
- Once you're happy with the design of your dream home, it's time to start building, but would you happy waiting until the house was completely done before you check on its progress? So how would you know if the construction of your dream home is progressing down the right path? The same questions exist for your instructional product. The Alpha is the first version of the completed course for review. By this point, the team will have implemented all content and media into the Alpha. It will be a complete learning experience from beginning to end. That's not to say it's perfect, however. The team should document any outstanding problems that may exist, particularly if evaluation needs to begin before all issues can be fixed. No major, undocumented issues are expected to be found, but it's still common for them to surface despite everyone's best efforts.
