Align your process to SAM
- [Voiceover] One thing I always say to new clients is that we want to move the needle in their current training efforts. Incremental change, adjusting their approach one step at a time. My advice will be the same to you. You may be excited and motivated and see the benefit of an iterative process, but integrating a new process in any organization can be a challenge. So to help you achieve success with SAM, let's discuss some challenges and opportunities for aligning your process to SAM. To start, here are a few common hurdles you may encounter. Typically, organizations rely on existing strategies and changing to new ones can be difficult. Initially, SAM isn't always met with trusting confidence. It's a very different approach to handling instructional design, and finally, change is never easy. Keep this in mind as you're asking for participation of others.
