Share a bridge with Revit
- [Instructor] Before we get into actually sharing our bridge with Revit. Here are a couple of things to remember about sharing bridges with Revit. Now we used to be able just to sign up, you know, click on a bridge and right click and say, send to Revit. But the process has changed slightly and it has been an improvement, but it means that there are a few extra steps that you need to take into account when you are moving from InfraWorks to Revit. The first thing you need to do is make sure that both your InfraWorks version and your Revit version are the same year. You also need the Autodesk Revit InfraWorks Updater. Now you can get this from the Autodesk desktop app, and once you've installed it, what will happen is, in Revit on the add ins tab, you will have a civil structures section. Now, sometimes it doesn't show up. So if you don't see these four buttons over here, try uninstalling and reinstalling the add in.…
