- [Instructor] You can close your base drawing if you like. I don't bother doing that. All I do is I go to File. New. Create a new file from a list of templates. And I choose my InfraWorks IPT template. So, hit Create. Just ignore this message that comes up. And again, we're ready to create our pole. So, the first thing we're going to do is start a new sketch. Now, it's slightly different here. Because we want the pole to extrude up the zed axis. Which means that we have to start our circle on the X, Y plane. So that's where we're going to start. So make sure that you got your X, Y plane started. And then click Circle. And then from the origin, just click and start a circle and let's see what diameter shall we make it. Let's make it 80. So, zoom out. To see the circle that's going to be extruded and become our pole. So, finish the sketch. Go to 3D model extrude. Now, we don't want to choose symmetric this…
