Model a street sign base

- [Instructor] Within inventor start a sketch and we want to make sure that this sketch is on the XZ plane. So from origin select XZ plane and here you can see that we've gone a bit wonky again. So just use the cube to navigate through 90 degrees so that we're looking at the back face of our XZ plane. Now, the first thing we want to do is start a line. So we'll start from the origin and we'll go up 200 millimeters. There we go. Okay now we're going to come out, how much? Let's do 60 millimeters and we're going to end that line. Now we're going to go back to our origin and go across the base. This is going to be the base that sort of sits on the ground. Let's see, that's going to be 120 millimeters. Okay and then just connect up to the top of the pole base and hit enter and then hit escape. So we have a sketch that we're going to use as the start point for our base. Now we don't need these…
