- [Instructor] Just like we can link Excel files to our access database, we can link Excel back to our access database for live data in Excel. Let's start by creating a production folder in chapter seven. So, I'll right click My Folder, go to New and choose Folder. Let's call this Production. Everything we do from this point forward we'll put in to Production. Let's go ahead and go in to Production. Go ahead and right click. Do a New Folder, and let's call this Live Excel Data. Let's go ahead and open up the Live Excel Data. We're going to right click and put a New Excel file and we're going to call this Excel tables. Alright, let's go ahead and open that up. Alright perfect. Now let's go take our sample database, and go ahead and save it in to the Production folder. So I'll go ahead and right click and save and close my Navigation Forum.
