Using repeating tables
There are several types of data in our form that might appear more than once, if we allow it. Let me give you an example. The post that the user sends in might have more than one category that it could be attached to. For example, it might be about travel and tourism, or it might be about festivals and travel, that kind of thing. So this postcategories, we could choose to allow them to enter categories in a Multi-Select list, but we actually want information about each category. So it's more than just one control. We have three data fields here. Fortunately, InfoPath has controls that repeat, both repeating tables and repeating sections, and they are incredibly powerful to use. We have to start, however, not out in the view of the form, but in the data itself, in the data source.
