Paper prototyping tools
- [Instructor] Paper prototyping is based on sketching, but there is a mobile app called POP that allows you to take photographs of your sketches and use hotspots to link all your screens together. The benefit of using a tool like POP is that you can get a little closer to simulating a more natural tap behavior. You can create a free account to save and share your prototypes with others. Let's walk through creating a prototype in POP. When first opening the mobile app, there's a plus sign on the top right. That plus sign is how you're going to add your prototype. From the tab bar, you have your Home tab. This is where you'll access your prototypes once they've been created. In the second tab, this is an area to explore other prototypes that have been created using POP if you'd like some inspiration. The third tab has some printable templates if you want to use paper to sketch out some ideas and create prototypes on paper. The last tab is Settings, and this has basic things that you…
