Like any design tool, typography is incredibly important to master. In order to master typography, you need to understand what the tool is capable of. In this video, follow Drew Bridewell as he goes through InVision Studio typography essentials.
- [Instructor] Now we're gonna jump into…text editing inside of Studio.…So to do that, it's a quick, simple keyboard shortcut…which is T on the keyboard.…You can also come up here to Menu…and click the T inside this dropdown menu here,…and let's do that.…So what I want to do is name each of these characters,…and I'm gonna show you a little bit…of how to manipulate the typography inside of Studio.…So the first thing I'm gonna call this Frank,…and then I'm hitting escape when I'm outside of the tool,…so let me do that for you one more time,…so if I name this Frank,…to get out of this text field,…I'm gonna hit escape, and then it's automatically…going to select the typography,…and then I get all my type treatments…over here on the right.…
I can left-align this, I can right-align it,…I can justify it, I can fix it.…I could even quickly toggle the different cases here,…and I can underline them, and many other options.…If you wanted to change the type,…one cool thing about Studio is if I just hit,…with my down arrow, I can just quickly toggle…
