- Another addition InDesign CC 2015…are some new Paragraph Shading controls.…So in this movie, I'm gonna show you exactly how those work.…So if you're not familiar with Paragraph Shading, basically,…what it allows you to do is adding some background shading…to your paragraphs inside of InDesign.…And so the shade can be controlled…from the Paragraph panel, which can be found…in the Window menu, going down to Type & Tables,…and selecting Paragraph, and once you have…the paragraph options up in the panel all you have to do…is select the paragraph that you want to add the shading to.…
In this case I'll just add it to the entire textbox…and click on Shading, right there.…Once you have the shading applied you can control…the color of the shading, over here on the right…with this little dropdown, so if I wanted to add yellow…as a shade, make it a little easier for you to see,…I could do that just by clicking right there.…Now I can also go up to this little flyout menu…and I can go down to Paragraph Shading...…And you'll see there, the little three dots,…
