Join Justin Seeley for an in-depth discussion in this video Working with the improved Swatches panel, part of InDesign CC 2015 New Features.
- [Voiceover] The final new feature…that we're gonna be taking a look at in this course…is the new Swatches Panel enhancements to InDesign CC 2015.…So, first thing first, let's go ahead…and open up the Swatches Panel and when you first open it…up there's not a whole lot going on in here…that's gonna look a lot different…but there are certain things you can do now…in the Swatches Panel that make working with it…a little bit easier.…And so, for instance, when I open up the CC Libraries Panel…and go into this app mockup library, you can see here…that I can easily take these colors that I have here…and I can right click and I can add those…to the Swatches Panel.…
When I do that, it's going to add those in…and you can see the names: Light Blue, Blue,…Yellow, Off Yellow, et cetera.…You can see all of those that we have available to us there.…And, what happens when I bring those into a document…that already has a lot of different color swatches in it,…as I've been working on it here in InDesign,…is this panel gets a little cluttered…
