- [Instructor] Let's take a look at how to add buttons to control interactivity in InDesign. What we're going to do is to make these two text frames here into buttons to play and stop this video. I'll select the first text frame and use the Buttons and Forms panel which I'll open from the Window, Interactive menu, and from the Type menu, I can choose Button, and then click on the plus sign to assign an action that happens when the button's clicked. I'll choose video, and I'll give it a name, Play Video, since it's always a good practice to keep your buttons named and organized. And I can choose which video, if I have more than one, to play in my document. And in the Options, I'll select Play. And let's repeat the process for the Stop button. So I'll select that. And this time I'll take a shortcut and just click the plus button to choose the video action. This automatically creates a button, I'll name it Stop Video, and in the Options I'll choose Stop.
