Why navigation is important

- [Instructor] No reader ever complained that there were too many ways to get inside the content. This is particularly true for print disabled readers who navigate content via headers. Having a really good set of navigation guides for any content, complex or not, will make it easier for all kinds of readers to use your content, but especially for print disabled readers. So what do I mean by navigation? Let's switch over to Adobe Digital Editions and have a look at that. There are pull-down menus in all reading systems set display the table of contents so you can see this happening here. Most reading systems will only display one or two levels of headers but feel free to add as many levels deep as serves the content. The reading systems, in general, display only one or two levels at present. Adobe Digital Editions is a bit of a misnomer in this regard as one of the only that will display four deep.
