Join Anne-Marie Concepción for an in-depth discussion in this video Use the free Typekit fonts, part of InDesign CC 2018: EPUB.
- [Instructor] I want to devote just one video…to the Typekit service because I think it's such a boon…for people who are developing ePubs.…Typekit is a service that lets you subscribe to fonts…and as long as you are a subscriber,…you can download the fonts to use…for desktop projects completely legally.…That's print, PDF, and eBooks,…as well as they have versions for websites.…So if you wanna use a matching font…or your brand font for your website,…rather than the boring old Times and Halvetica and Trebuchet…and so on, you can do that.…
Let me just show you something about Typekit…here in this browser, Safari,…where I'm not signed in to my Creative Cloud account…because here you can see what are the pricing plans.…And with your Creative Cloud account,…and you must have one because you are watching this video,…you get a free subscription to the portfolio level,…which lets you sync up to 100 fonts.…In sync is their codeword for download.…That's what they mean.…These are the other ones that you can use for your websites…
