- [Instructor] Now that you have all the necessary approvals for the text, graphics, and the dyeline, the last thing before you go to print is to make sure everything is ready on the dyeline. For this course, I will just be providing an overview of the basic setup so you know what to include on the dyeline file, for the printer hand off. How to build a dyeline accurately and precisely is a course, actually two courses, in and of themselves. So I refer you to two great LinkedIn Learning courses. One by Claudia McCue, and one by William Everhart. They delve deep into how to setup your packaging files perfectly. Please check those courses out as they really go into the nitty gritty details of the technical specification for printers. I will lightly touch upon what goes into the dyeline once you receive the files from the converter, or printer.
