Saving objects in libraries

InDesign users often need to use the same object, the same text, or the same layout in a number of different places, either within the same document or different documents. Fortunately, you don't have to recreate that stuff each time because InDesign offers several features that let you repurpose items. The simplest one is Copy and Paste. You simply select your object or objects. I'll just hold down the Shift key when I select more than one object, to select both of them at the same time, then copy them to the clipboard with a Command+C or Ctrl+C with Windows, and then paste them on another page or another document. In this case, I need to create a new page, so I'm going to press Command+Shift+P or Control+Shift+P on Windows and then Paste, Command+V or Control+V on Windows. When you do that, InDesign does not put them back in exactly the same location. Instead, it centers them on the page. But what if you need them in exactly the same location?
