Preflighting and exporting to PDF

- [Instructor] So I'm now ready to print my magazine article, and I'm going to be sending a print-ready PDF to my printer, rather than the InDesign file, and that's because that's a much less error-prone way of doing it, it's easier for you, and it's easier for the printer. Now, before I prepare my PDF, I want to make sure there are no errors in my file, and to help me in this, I'm going to use a Preflight Profile. It tells me down here that I have a green light and no errors, which is good to see, but it's currently using the basic Preflight Profile, and this isn't strict enough, so we need to create our own profile. I'll come to the Preflight panel, and from its menu, choose Define Profiles. Click on the plus to create a new one, and I'm going to call this Print. I can now choose which rules I want to include.
