- [Instructor] Let's take a look at printing InDesign documents and exporting them for professional print projects. For starters, I'll choose File, Print and look at some of the settings in the Print dialog box. In the General options, I can choose to print all pages or a range of pages, single pages or spreads, if I have a facing pages document like this one, in marks and bleeds I can add printer's marks. And include the bleed area and slug area. And you can see this preview update when I change the settings. In Output, I can simulate over printing, note that you'd only want to do this when you're printing to a desktop printer which does not handle normal over printing instructions. If you're working on a project that'll be commercially printed, you'll most likely be sending a PDF to your print service provider and there are a lot more settings in this dialog box and you can explore them on your own.
