Object Styles for text frames
- [Instructor] When most people think of object styles, they think of photos and how to apply common attributes using an object style to get a consistent appearance. That's very common and not at all wrong. Object styles are great for that purpose, but where object styles often get overlooked is when working with text frames. Object styles are for special features that you can leverage when applying them to text frames. And I'd like to show you that here in this document. Now, the area I'm going to focus on is this sidebar over here on the right side of the page. And if we take a closer look at this, you're going to see that, if I click on this, it is one frame that I built this as. It has a fill color applied. It has a certain amount of text inset applied. And then, within the frame, of course, we have text that has been applied as well. Now, to kind of set the stage here, it's important to understand that for the styles…
