- [Instructor] We're now ready to create a print ready PDF to send to our commercial printer. I'm going to come to the file menu and choose Adobe PDF presets and I'm going to use this one, press quality, but and I can't stress this strongly enough, you should communicate with your printer to find out exactly what kind of PDF they want. They may require this type which is an older standard, but as the date in its name suggests, it is quite an old standard and most printers these days can accept a newer standard and that's why I'm going with press quality because it does not require the transparency to be flattened. Anyway, most of the options that are part of this preset, I can just use as is, but let's just take a look at them in the compression. The images that are 450 pixels and higher will be down sampled to 300 and in the output all of the images which are currently RGB and I intentionally left them as RGB…
