Exporting a universally compatible PDF file

- When you finish creating your document, you'll want to publish it so that you can share it with the rest of the world. The go to format for publishing is PDF, which stands for portable document format. Every computer ships with a program that can read a PDF file, whether it's Reader on the PC, or Preview on the Mac. There are PDF readers for devices like iPads and Androids as well. So you can email the file or share it on a website knowing that anyone can see it. Commercial printers also love PDF because it's a single document that contains everything- pages, text, linked graphics, and even fonts. So virtually nothing can go wrong. In this movie I'll show you how to export a PDF file either for screen or for print. Now this is that version of my 3D notes that contains the hyperlinks over here on page two that I showed you how to create back in chapter four.
