Exporting to Publish Online

- [Instructor] Let's export our presentation file to publish online and see the results we get. To use publish online, we can go to the File menu and choose it here, or click the Share button at the top of the window and choose Publish Online. Here we can give it a name, I'll just call this Two Trees. You can fill in a description, choose whether to export all pages or just a range, you can allow PDF downloads, and, in the advanced settings, you can control the image quality and also the PDF preset that's used to create that PDF download. I'm going to leave the defaults and click Publish. And I get a status window to keep track of the progress here. And when it's ready, I can copy the URL to give to anyone who needs access to the presentation. I can go to my dashboard to see all of my Publish Online projects, or I can view the presentation. It opens here in my default browser, and I can use the controls at the bottom…
