Here is a cardinal rule for being efficient in InDesign: do more with less.…For example, let's say this catalog will be printed and distributed in both the U.S. and UK.…Now you could make two different files, but that's not very efficient,…especially if you later need to make edits.…You'd end up making each change twice.…But there is a solution, and it's called Conditional Text.
