Designing the sidebar
- [Instructor] In this movie I'm going to show you how I create the sidebar article that supports the main article. You can see that it has bullets and it has this heavy border that runs down the left hand side. Firstly the bullets. You have seen me do this before so I'll just make this brief. These are applied through the bullets and numbering. It's a bulleted list, I have a tab after it. I highlight character style which is applying the color to the chosen bullet character and I'm using one of those arrows from Font Awesome. And in this case the bullet is a hanging index. I've indented it on the left but then moved the bullet character back to the left edge with a negative first line indent. What I want to show you how we add though is the border on the left hand side. If I switch now to my normal view mode by pressing, w you see that I have the same sidebar but without the border so I'll delete this one and move this one into place.
