- In this video we're gonna check out how to package a HTML app with Amazon. This is by far the easiest process available and it's the cheapest. There's also no cost to sign up as an Amazon developer. So if you start out on this developer page on Amazon you can Sign Up to become an app developer, there's no cost to do so and then once you've signed up you can click this link to Submit a Web App Now. Now you could start filling in the fields for the app. I'm just gonna call this CA TestApp, and under the Category call it Travel, and Other, I'll leave my default support information alone, I'll go ahead and click Save. So the first thing that you need to do to submit an app, and it's really the only remotely programmerish thing, is that you need to take this Application Key and include it in a JSON manifest. So I'm gonna switch over to the Finder and inside the Exercise Files in Chapter 04, 04_04, in the start folder, there's a web-app-manifest file. I'm gonna open that in TextWrangler…
