Converting lists to tables

- Usually when we're placing text from Microsoft Word to create a table, we actually already have a table in our Microsoft Word document and InDesign translates that very nicely and creates a table for us automatically. But sometimes the people creating the Microsoft Word document don't really cooperate with us in quite the way that we'd like and we end up with something like this, where we have a list that was typed in Microsoft Word but we have to turn it into a table. We basically have repeating elements here, we have Employee Names, Title, Building Location, and Phone Number and we need to get these into a table. Well first, just so we can see it a little more easily, I'm going to apply some Paragraph Styles to this text that I've already created. And I'm using the Apply Next Style feature to format it all automatically. So now you can see the information that I need to convert into a table.
