Combine two documents to maintain pagination

- [Ann Marie] Hi, there. Here is the situation. You have a very long document that is using automatic page numbers. And now somebody says, "I need you to insert "additional pages but not change the existing page numbers." Like for example, bring in a section divider. Well, of course if I brought in a section divider before page three, then what was page three is now page four. So that's not going to work. There are actually a number of kinds of documents where you really cannot change the existing page number when you edit it, like legal references for example. So what can you do? Well, you might be thinking, "Oh, it's easy, Ann Marie. "Just go to the page after that, right-click, "choose Numbering & Section Options and say, "yeah, start a new section and start "the page numbering at three." You could do that but I'm talking a long document with maybe 50 or 100 of these section dividers in it. So that's not going to work.…
