- [Presenter] In this movie, we'll compare the different output formats that you can use to export your presentation from InDesign. And we'll look at four options and those are PDF, fixed layout EPUB, published online and HTML with a third party tool called in5. First let's consider the pros and cons of PDF. On the plus side, PDFs are very portable that's what the P in PDF stands for. Everything in the presentation is kept in one small file that you can send to almost anyone anywhere and know that they're going to be able to open it and view it and they don't need an internet connection to deliver the presentation, all they have to do is hook up to a big display or projector, go into full screen mode and they're ready to present. PDFs also support page transition effects in between slides and the same file can be used as a download for the audience or to print hard copies of the presentation. The downside is that none of…
