Adding texture in Photoshop

- [Instructor] All right, next to add the texture. Now, I'm going to add the texture in Photoshop. It may end up looking slightly different from the finished version that I have here, 'cause I'm using slightly different colors, slightly different settings, but the principles and the approach is the same. I prefer to add the texture in Photoshop, just 'cause I find it a lot more flexible to do it there, but I'm then going to show you how you can take those textures and bring them back into Illustrator, where I feel it's easier to make a print-ready PDF. All right, so now, this is my work in progress, gig3.ai. I want to place this as a linked graphic in Photoshop, so I'm going to come to Photoshop, and I'm going to choose File, New. I'm using the legacy new document interface. This is a preference in general preferences. Document Type, International Paper. I'm using A3.
