- [Lecturer] One of the keys to efficiently working in any program, is utilizing the keyboard for some tasks, instead of using the mouse to do everything. This often applies, when I'm adjusting properties in the control panel. There are so many useful options in the control panel. And instead of using the mouse to click on each and every button, or field, you can use the keyboard to do the work. So, I'm starting here, with a document open. And what I'm going to do, is I'm going to highlight the word Xeriscaping on page 20 of that document. So I'm just going to go ahead and highlight that. So, what I want to show you here is... We've already established in a previous video, that command option seven allows you to toggle between paragraph and character format.
