- [Instructor] Okay, I have 10 InDesign documents here and I want them all to have the same paragraph styles and color swatches. For example, I'll open two of these files, let's say Facebook and Microsoft, and now in InDesign you can see that this document, this Microsoft document has just the standard color swatches. If I look in the paragraphs styles panel it has nothing, well, nothing except for basic paragraph style, of course. If I look over in the Facebook document, however, we have a lot of paragraph styles down here and inside the swatches panel you'll see a bunch of custom color swatches and I want to take all of those styles and all of those swatches and push them out into all 10 of those InDesign documents. Doesn't it seem like there should be a way to set that up once and just push out all those styles into the other files? Well, there is, using a book panel.
