412 Three InDesign navigation shortcuts you need to know
- [Instructor] If you're going to be efficient in InDesign, it's critical that you're able to move around your document fast, zooming in and out, jumping from page to page, and so on. And the best way to do those things is to use keyboard shortcuts. You probably already know some shortcuts, like Command + zero or Control + zero on Windows, which zooms to fit the page in the window, right? Or Shift + Page Down to jump to the next page. But here are three shortcuts that most users don't know but which are really helpful. First, Command + Option + two or Control + Alt + two on Windows. That toggles back and forth between the last two zoom percentages. For example, I'm going to come up here to the application bar, and I'm going to change my zoom percentage to, say, 275%. Now I'm zoomed way in. Now I'll come back here and zoom out to, say, 75%. So I'm zoomed way out. All right, now I'm going to press that shortcut,…
