359 Efficient ways to format paragraph styles
- [Instructor] Too often I see my clients or my students working with a paragraph like this, trying to get the hyphens looking better. So, they're doing things like they're selecting it and turning on No Break up here and then which kind of like messes up lines above sometimes. See how the word care dropped down? So let me do that one more time. Re-do No Break. So sometimes just trying to edit a single line, other lines above will change. Let me undo. Or they turn off hyphenation entirely and only put in hard hyphens and all sorts of shenanigans. Let me tell you a more efficient, I see the word here, a more efficient way to deal with trying to fit lines, or trying to expand paragraphs by one line to take up an empty line. To deal with hyphenation that you'd rather not look like this and look differently. Instead of doing this, kind of, manual tweaking, spend a couple of minutes and create variations of the paragraph style. This paragraph style is body copy. But notice I have one here…
