- [Instructor] Have you ever been in a situation like this that I have on screen where you have two or more documents that are slight variations of each other? And you're pulling from previous versions, or you're checking text and images in previous versions because you are updating the current one. This one that says 2018-v2. Or maybe you're working on a series of long reports or technical documentation and each one looks very similar to the other one. They have the same layout. But you want to make sure that you're only editing one. What happens, very often, in the throes of production is that you end up doing a whole lot of work to a previous version or to the wrong document. So, my friend, Kelly Vaughn, came up with a great tip to help you distinguish between a bunch of documents that does not actually affect how they'll print but it definitely affects what they look like on screen, making it dead simple for you to make sure that you are working on the proper document.
